How can we help?
Email support@maxcaptraining.com — a person answers, usually within one business day. Include the email address on your account.
I didn't get my invite email
Check spam and promotions folders for a message from Maximum Capacity <no-reply@maxcaptraining.com>. Invites expire after 14 days; ask your trainer to resend — they can do it from your row in their client list and the new email carries a fresh code. If your trainer typed your address wrong, they can revoke and re-invite.
The invite link opened the store but not the app
That is expected the first time: install the app, then tap the link again from the email and it opens the app with your invite filled in. If it still opens the browser, open the app and choose I have a code, then type the 8-character code shown on the invite page. Codes never use 0, O, 1, I or l.
The code says invalid or expired
Codes last 14 days and are single-use. If you already created an account with it, just sign in. Otherwise ask your trainer to resend — the old code stops working the moment a new one is issued.
I'm locked out / can't sign in
Email and password: use Forgot password on the sign-in screen; the reset email comes from no-reply@maxcaptraining.com. New password accounts must verify their email before they can sign in — look for the verification message.
Google or Apple: use the same button you signed up with. If you used Hide My Email with Apple, your account email is the relay address Apple created, not your real one.
“Your account is on hold”: your trainer placed a hold. The screen shows their message and how to reach them; only they can lift it.
It says the web console is for trainers
Clients use the mobile app; the web console at /console/ is for trainers and staff only. Install the app from the store links and sign in there.
My credits or next session look wrong
Pull down on the Home screen to refresh. If a number is still off, tell your trainer — every credit change is in Credits → History with who made it and when, and they can adjust it.
I logged a workout with no signal — is it saved?
Yes. Workouts save on the phone immediately and show a Queued mark until they sync. Open the app on a connection and they upload on their own. Do not delete the app while something is queued.
“Describe it” says “over today's limit”
Described-food estimates are capped per day to keep costs sane (currently 25 macro lookups and 40 assistant messages). Barcodes we already know and manual entries are always free. The counter resets at midnight New York time.
The assistant isn't available
Either you are over the daily limit (above) or your trainer's business has switched it off. It is optional — everything it can tell you is also on the Home, Credits, Schedule and Macros screens.
Notifications don't arrive
Check the app's notification permission in your phone's Settings, then Profile → Notifications in the app for the categories you want. Session reminders are also scheduled on the phone itself, so they work without a connection.
How do I delete my account?
Delete your account — in the app under Profile, or by email if you no longer have access.
Still stuck?
