For trainers and the clients they coach

Personal training, measured.

One app between you and your trainer: how many sessions you have left, when the next one is, what you lifted, what you ate — and an assistant that already knows all of it.

Access is by invitation from your trainer. Already have an invite? Open the link on your phone.

Who it's for

Built for the studio, not the feed.

No social, no ads, no wearables. A working tool for a trainer's business and the people in it.

Clients

See what you have left, what's next, and what you did. Log a workout with your trainer's plan in front of you, scan the barcode on lunch, ask the assistant anything about your own training.

Trainers

Every client's credits, schedule, logs and macros in one place — on your phone between sessions or on a wide screen at the desk. Invite by email, grant credits, plan the week, send an announcement.

The business

Grants, expiries and holds are the ledger. A monthly statement, a full audit trail, and an export of everything, any time. Your data is yours.

What it does

Four things, done properly.

01

Credits and scheduling

Sessions are credits. Your trainer grants them, each session spends one, and the app always shows the balance and when it expires — in gold when it's running low. Booking is a proposal until both sides confirm; reminders arrive before, not after.

  • Live balance, expiry countdown, full history
  • Propose, confirm, reschedule, cancel — with the notice window your trainer sets
  • Times in your zone, DST-safe

02

Workout logging

Your trainer's plan opens as a checklist. Set the weight and reps, tap the ring to finish the set, the rest timer runs — with its buzz even if the screen is off. Last time's numbers are already filled in so you only change what changed. Works with no signal; syncs when you're back.

  • Templates from your trainer, or a blank session
  • Volume, sets and per-exercise progress charts
  • Offline-first — the gym basement is fine
A logged workout: sets, volume and every exercise with weight and reps
03

Macro tracking

Targets your trainer sets; rings that fill as you log. Scan a barcode, describe the meal and let the app estimate, or type it in. Your trainer sees the day the way you do — and can switch macros off for clients who don't need them.

  • Calories, protein, fat, carbs against targets
  • Barcode, describe it, or type it in
  • Optional per client — your trainer decides

04

The assistant

Ask in plain words — “how many sessions do I have left?”, “log a chicken salad for lunch” — and it answers from your data, then proposes the change for you to approve. It reads only what you can already see, and it never gives medical advice.

  • Answers about your credits, schedule, workouts and macros
  • Proposes; you apply
  • Daily limits; your trainer can turn it off
